Lot 584 Canada 1864, 1c rose Decimal issue single franking on turned cover, adhesive to cover to Waterdown by black target cancel, endorsed “Printed Circular” in manuscript, turned and re-used to Mosa, handstamped PAID and 5 in black and struck with Waterdown double split-ring despatch (10 Mar), one side flap removed, else a fine and most unusual usage.
