Lot 332 New Brunswick #2 6d yellow green Heraldic Imperforate Horizontal Pair on 1859 cover mailed St Stephen (OCT.24.1859 dispatch on back) to St George NB, franked with a very fine pair of 6d imperforates (cancelled by fine strikes of the St Stephen NB numeral 30 in grid) paying the 12 pence registered rate within New Brunswick. Two creases do not affect stamps, and slightly reduced at top, else very fine. Ex. John Seybold (with his handstamps on back), Dale Liechtenstein, Koh and mentioned in Argenti on page 46. A world rarity with only three recorded, and accompanied by a 1974 BPA certificate. Estimate $6,000.

Lot 924 Canada #67, 68, 70 1898 Registered QV Leaf Cover to Barbados, franked with fresh copies of 1c, 2c purple (pair) and 5c, all tied by Berlin Ont c.d.s. and addressed to Bridgetown Barbados. Back has a number of cancels, including Berlin, Toronto, NY oval registration, and Barbados receiver. There is a vertical crease resulting in a tear (on back only) and opening tears (on back only) still a striking cover with very fine appearance. Estimate C$300.

Lot 322 Canada #F1b 1888 2c deep rose carmine Registration, mint with full original gum, never hinged. A fresh stamp, perfectly centered among large margins and as nice as is possible to obtain. There are a few extremely minute gum disturbances mentioned strictly for accuracy (not mentioned in the certificate), still a very desirable stamp and extremely fine. Accompanied by a 2016 Greene Foundation certificate. Unitrade CV C$1,500.
