We hope to see you at an upcoming auction or event! Our sales are conducted in Canadian dollars, often with favourable exchange rates for worldwide bidders. Buyers with shipments outside Canada are not charged Canadian taxes.

*March 4-6, 2026 – Winter Stamps and Postal History of the World* auction** The sale has concluded and prices realized can be seen on our website.	Winter Auction of Canada, BNA, British Commonwealth and worldwide stamps and postal history, lots and collections, philatelic literature, ephemera and collecting supplies. Thanks to everyone who participated – invoices have been sent to winning bidders. Some unsold lots from the sale are still available until Friday, April 10, subject unsold.
April 24-26, 2026 – WESTPEX San Francisco, California	Join us at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront Hotel for WESTPEX 2026, where you will find a 65-year tradition that includes over 250 frames of international exhibits, a team of renowned judges, 70 dealers from around the world, meetings and seminars on every facet of philately, plus the world-famous sights of San Francisco. Sparks Auctions is proud to be in the dealer bourse at booth 73 and we look forward to welcoming our friends and clients to visit our booth over the three days of the show.
May 2-3, 2026 – ORAPEX Ottawa, ON	ORAPEX, founded in 1961, is one of only a few national stamp shows held annually in Canada. Sponsors, dealers, exhibitors, philatelic societies, volunteers and visitors make it Canada’s premiere philatelic destinations every Spring. The themes for 2026 are ‘Aerophilately’ and ‘Bytown’—the original name for Ottawa, which was founded in 1826. ORAPEX boasts more than 100 frames of exhibits, hosts one of the largest dealer bourses in the country, and convenes an impressive series of society meetings, seminars and study groups. Kids enjoy the Youth Booth which has plenty to offer young collectors. The show’s awards reception is a highlight of the weekend and a great chance for socializing. May 23-30, 2026 – Boston 2026 World Stamp Expo Boston, MA, USA	Boston will be the world’s center of philately for eight days in 2026, as the twelfth international philatelic exhibition of the United States gathers at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC). To be held during Memorial Day week (May 23–30, 2026) in the Seaport section of the city, Boston 2026 World Expo will be a significant part of the country’s 250th anniversary festivities. Boston 2026 will host a large dealer bourse, as well as a sizable postal administration bourse, and society presence. There will be an FIP competitive exhibition of approximately 3,500 frames, plus other special/court of honor exhibits, as well as a large FIP literature competition. Sparks Auctions will be present at our booth throughout the show and we look forward to welcoming our friends and many clients to visit with us.
June 6-7, 2026 – Québec City Stamp and Old Paper Show Québec City, QC	This year, the Québec City Stamp and Old Paper Show’s theme is *THE ROARING TWENTIES.* After five years of World War and the 1918 Spanish flu epidemic which killed between 30 and 50 million people worldwide, the 1920s were a time of exceptional cultural boom and economic dynamism, known as the ‘Roaring Twenties’. June 12-14, 2026 – Royal 2026 Royale Kitchener-Waterloo, ON	The annual convention of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada is being hosted by the Kitchener-Waterloo Philatelic Society. It will feature more than 25 dealers and 150 exhibit frames, along with free parking and admission to the show at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex. September 17-20, 2026 – BNAPEX Valleyfield, QC	Hosted by the Lower Canada Regional Group of the British North America Philatelic Society (BNAPS), this three-day convention and philatelic event features exhibit, seminars, a lively dealer bourse and many social activities.
