The cover is franked with a 3c Small Queen and a 2c Registration stamp, both tied and cancelled with starburst fancy cancels. Back of the cover shows Whitemouth KEE, Clarksburg ONT and Toronto oval registration datestamps. A rare postmark, with only six strikes recorded by Gray Scrimgeour.
