Lot 830 Collection of 64 Different Missions of the North Picture Postcards, all unused and depicting life scenes of the Inuit people in the Canadian north. Note igloos, women with their children, hunting scenes, canoeing, wildlife scenes, dog sleds, etc. These were prepared by the Oblate Missionary Fathers in Paris during their time up north, probably in the 1920s. Each card is sleeved and has a small pencil $25 price on back. All are very fine, with only a few having small faults. A very nice collection.
