Lot 583 Iraq #15-27var 1931, ½a green to 25r violet King Faisal I, perforated SPECIMEN, a lightly hinged set of thirteen, with large part original gum, overall well-centered and of good colour, the examples with sheet margins with small hinge remnants on selvedge, the odd stamp with lightly toned gum, the 4a value with small thin, else remarkably fresh and scarce, an appealing and desirable set, chiefly very fine.
