J. Bamber Express NOV.16. large double circle cancel in blue, plus additional Wells Fargo & Co. Victoria oval cancel in blue. Also a pristine “Paid Barnard’s British Columbia Express” “ribbon” corner card sealed but unused cover with Star of David on back flap.
