Estimate C$300.

The rate was paid by a 50c Victoria Parliament Buildings issue plus a #222 and #225. Rough opening at top, fortunately mostly visible from the back only plus a few minor faults, still a scarce cover which also adorned by a Vancouver Golden Jubilee cinderella. Estimate C$150.
